Shipping Policy
- I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received after 5PM MST will be processed the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Orders placed after 5PM MST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- I typically ship via USPS and UPS
- Free economy shipping (5 to 8 business days) for orders over $200.
- Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days.

International Shipping
- At this time, I do not ship internationally.
Checking the Shipping Status of Your Order
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. Jerome Nakagawa Jewelry cannot be responsible for carrier delays.
- If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
